1. What is FlyFindr and how does it work?
FlyFindr is a flight search, comparison, and deals discovery platform designed to surface competitive
airfares from airlines and partner booking providers. Our system queries multiple sources in real time,
normalizes prices and key details (total fare, travel time, stops, baggage rules), and presents side-by-side
options so you can choose the best balance of price and convenience. In many cases we redirect you to
the ticket-issuing provider to complete payment; sometimes bookings can be completed through integrated partners.
2. Are the prices shown on FlyFindr final?
Prices shown reflect the fare available at search time. Final price may differ at checkout due to
baggage selections, seat selections, optional extras, currency conversion, or partner service fees.
Always review the final total on the booking page before confirming payment.
3. Can I book directly on FlyFindr?
Often FlyFindr redirects you to an airline or partner booking page to complete the reservation and payment.
For partner bookings completed through our integrated flow, the issuing provider will send the official
booking confirmation and e-ticket. We clearly display who will issue the ticket so you know where to seek
post-booking support.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods depend on the booking provider or airline. Common options include major credit and
debit cards and selected regional payment gateways. FlyFindr does not store full card numbers — payments
are processed by secure third-party processors or the provider handling the booking.
5. How are cancellations, changes, and refunds handled?
Cancellation and refund rules are set by the ticket-issuing airline or provider and vary by fare type.
Some fares are refundable, some allow changes for a fee, and many sale fares are non-refundable. FlyFindr
will assist by forwarding your request to the issuing provider and advising on next steps, but the provider
controls eligibility, fees, and timelines.
6. Do you charge service or booking fees?
FlyFindr strives for transparency. We do not add hidden fees to fares displayed on the search results,
but in certain cases a partner or payment method may apply a service charge. Any applicable fees are shown
before you complete checkout.
7. When will I receive my e-ticket?
After payment confirmation by the issuing provider, your e-ticket or booking confirmation will be emailed
to the address used at booking. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder
and then contact support with your booking reference.
8. Is my personal and payment information secure?
Yes. FlyFindr uses industry-standard encryption and works with reputable payment processors. Personal
information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and shared with partners only as necessary to
complete bookings or provide requested services.
9. How do I get help or contact support?

11. What should I prepare before traveling?
Check your booking confirmation for baggage allowances, check-in times, and any visa or entry requirements
for your destination. Ensure passenger names exactly match travel documents and arrive at the airport early
enough to complete check-in and security procedures.
